The multi layered city efficiently uses every square meter for energy, housing, farming and recreation and intertwines these layers in order to decrease distances and promote a local self-sufficiency.

 project made in a group of four.

Following a natural catastrophe, the sea level has risen by fifteen meters, significantly reducing the land mass all over the world, including the central belt, with important areas in Glasgow, Falkirk and Edinburgh being submerged.
